The UK Standard Visitor visa is filed online, with biometrics submitted at a visa centre. From Indonesia this route is open to residents, and holding a KITAS plays a substantive rather than a formal role here.
The British system differs from the Schengen approach in how it handles evidence. There is no rigid document list — instead the officer assesses your covering letter and the overall credibility of your account. You have to explain who you are, why you are travelling, what you live on and why you will return. Formally you can attach very little; in practice the applications that succeed are the ones with a coherent explanation backed by documents.
